About MSA-meds

MSA-meds is a special division of Alliance Medication Services, LLC (“AllianceMeds”), established to assist our post-settlement pharmacy customers in maintaining critical compliance with CMS guidelines for Medicare Set-aside Accounts. AllianceMeds (AllianceMeds.com) is a national mail order pharmacy, established in 2008 to provide uninterrupted medications to injured workers, even when medications are denied during the litigation process.

Our background in the legal aspects of Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and Social Security cases, and our broad experience in each of the stages of the MSA process including submission of MSA proposals and negotiation of COBC lien issues makes us uniquely qualified to assist customers with the complexities and spending requirements of their MSA Accounts.

The staff of MSA-meds is well-versed in all aspects of Medicare Set-asides, including what treatment is covered by Medicare for each specific condition; MSA pricing methods and guidelines; and all the other exhaustive rules, regulations and reporting requirements for maintaining MSA compliance to avoid jeopardizing future Medicare eligibility.
